UK Orders & International Enquiries
Our website currently accepts orders for delivery within the United Kingdom only.
For international orders and deliveries outside the UK, please contact us directly. Our team will be happy to discuss your requirements and provide information on product availability, shipping options and delivery costs.
Due to the size, weight and nature of some of our products, certain orders may require an additional or revised delivery quotation. Where this applies, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm the delivery cost.

Delivery Times
We always aim to dispatch and deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Where an item is in stock, we will arrange dispatch as soon as reasonably possible after your order has been processed. Delivery times may vary depending on the product, delivery location and courier service being used.
Please note that we are unable to guarantee an exact delivery time. Where available, courier details can be provided on request so that delivery arrangements can be discussed directly with the courier.
Cutek Delivery
Delivery charges for Cutek products are calculated according to the total volume of Cutek products in your order:
0–10 litres: £16.20 delivery
10.01–999 litres: £32.40 delivery
The applicable delivery charge will be calculated based on the combined volume of Cutek products in your order.
We generally estimate delivery within 3–5 working days, although orders may arrive sooner.
Free Delivery & Special Offers
From time to time, selected products may be offered with promotional delivery terms, including free delivery.
Where a delivery promotion applies, the relevant delivery charge will not be added to your order. Any specific delivery conditions relating to the promotion will be stated with the offer or can be provided on request.
Standard Delivery
For products that are not included in a delivery promotion or other special offer, our standard delivery procedure applies:
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order.
Where your order requires a separate delivery quotation, the order will be marked as "Pending Delivery Quote".
Using the delivery address supplied during checkout, we will calculate the appropriate delivery charge and contact you with the quotation.
Where your approval is required, we will send you instructions by email to confirm the revised order total.
Once the delivery quotation has been approved and payment has been completed, your goods will be prepared for dispatch.
If we are unable to contact you by email, we may use the telephone number or other contact information supplied with your order.
Collection
Where collection is available and you have selected this option, we will contact you to arrange a suitable collection date and time.
We will provide the collection address and any relevant contact details or instructions required for collecting your order.
Please do not travel to collect your goods until the collection arrangements have been confirmed by us.
Courier Deliveries
For dispatched orders, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time unless this has been expressly agreed in advance.
Where appropriate, we may provide your contact details to the courier responsible for delivering your order so they can contact you directly regarding the delivery.
Courier details may also be available from us on request.
Special Delivery Requirements
If you require your order at short notice or have a specific delivery requirement, please contact us before placing your order or as soon as possible afterwards.
Please provide clear and complete details of your requirements by email or telephone. We will always do our best to accommodate special delivery requests; however, these are subject to product availability, courier availability and your delivery location.
Additional charges may apply for urgent, timed or specialist deliveries. Where applicable, we will confirm these charges with you before arranging the delivery.
International Orders
Our online checkout is currently available for UK delivery addresses only.
If you are located outside the United Kingdom and would like to purchase any of our products, please contact us for an international delivery quotation.
International shipping costs are calculated individually and will depend on the products ordered, quantity, destination and any specialist freight requirements. Our team will advise you of the available delivery options and associated costs before your order is confirmed.
